Photodetector Laboratory

Laboratory for characterization of photodetectors is located in room 601.

It is equipped for measurement of responsivity and noise of photodetectors for visible and near infrared range (PIN photodiodes), as well as for measurements of responsivity and noise of detectors for mid and long infrared range (3-5 and 8-14 micrometers). It is equipped with two lock-in analyzers and a blackbody simulator.
