Research Interests:
Finding strains of Bacillus sp and strain identification at the molecular level. Amylase from Bacillus sp: cloning, expression, production, purification, characterization and application.
Production of enzymes of microbial origin used in food biotechnology and the production of bioethanol. Optimization of raw starch hydrolysis process.
