Short biography:

Milena Rašljić was born in Drvar, BiH, in 1985. She received her diploma in Physical Chemistry from the Faculty of Physical Chemistry, University of Belgrade, and her master diploma from the same faculty. She is currently at doctoral studies at the same faculty. Currently, she is an associate researcher at the Institute of Chemistry, Technology and Metallurgy, Centre for Microelectronic Technologies. She is engaged in the research of photolithography in MEMS, including wet chemical etching of silicon (TMAH, KOH), wet chemical etching of silicon-dioxide, wet chemical etching of Pyrex glass and oxidation. Her research interests are: micromachining of silicon and glass for various sensors and actuators, piezoresistive pressure sensors, silicon photodiodes, microreactors and synthesis titanium dioxide nanoparticles

Professional Achievements:

Design and fabrication of IHTM commercial pressure sensors SP-12 installed in facilities of several companies: EPS (main electric power provider in Serbia), water supplies companies and Srbijagas (main gas provider in Serbia).
Design and fabrication of functional models of Phase Change Actuators.
