Within the CH IHTM Laboratory, one executive manager, one technical manager, one management system manager, their deputies, one expert consultant, eight analysts, and one technician were hired. All six members of the management are doctors of science, four analysts are doctors of science, four analysts have a university degree, and a technician has a high school diploma. In the CH IHTM Laboratory, out of a total of 16 employees, seven are employed at IHTM and employed under an employment contract, and nine are employed at the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Belgrade and employed under a work contract.
