The CH IHTM Laboratory consists of one executive manager, one technical manager, one management system manager, their deputies, one expert consultant, eight analysts, and one technician. All six members of the management hold PhD degrees. Among the analysts, four hold PhD degrees, four have a university degree, while the technician has completed secondary education.

Of the total of 16 personnel engaged in the CH IHTM Laboratory, 10 are employed by the Institute of Chemistry, Technology and Metallurgy under employment contracts, while six are employed by the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Belgrade and are engaged under service contracts.
