We are pleased to invite you to the first lectures of the new year, marking the beginning of a series of professional and inspiring meetings at our Institute.

Our esteemed colleague from the diaspora, Dr. Srećko Stopić from the University of Aachen (IME – Process Metallurgy and Metal Recycling, RWTH Technical University of Aachen), will give two lectures at our Institute in January, at Njegoševa 12, in the small lecture hall:

15 January 2026 – Winning of rare earth elements from ores and concentrates

22 January 2026 – Recovery of rare earth elements from waste materials

Lecture start time: 12:00

The lectures are organized within the REMEDIS project and represent an excellent opportunity for knowledge exchange and discussion on current topics in the field of rare earth elements and their recycling from primary and secondary sources.

It will be our great pleasure to host you and begin the new year together in the spirit of scientific exchange and collaboration.
