Stanford University has published the third version of the list based on the Aug 01, 2021 snapshot from Scopus and is updated to citation year 2020: Baas, Jeroen; Boyack, Kevin; Ioannidis, John P.A. (2021), “August 2021 data-update for "Updated science-wide author databases of standardized citation indicators"”, Mendeley Data, V3, doi: 10.17632/btchxktzyw.3 (published on 19. 10. 2021). The list, based on a standardized citation metrics, includes over 100,000 scientists, of which 67 are scientists from institutions in Serbia from various disciplines.
