On Thursday, 25.01.2024. our institute was visited by the ICTM's International Institutional Consultant within the SAIGE ICTM transformation project and the World Bank expert Dr. Richard Adams.

During the visit, a cordial and constructive meeting was held with the ICTM Transformation Team. The progress of our Institute during the first year of transformation was presented to our esteemed guest and the plans for the next period were discussed. During the meeting, an overview was given of the achievements of our Institute in 2023, the positive effects of the transformation in strengthening the motivation of the staff and better mutual connection, the first internal conference "ICTM - A step forward" as well as the just closed internal call for innovative "Proof of Concept" projects. Dr. Richard Adams also provided important advice on the strategic development of our Institute. Dr. Richard Adams also visited some of the laboratories where our researchers work and got to know us even better.

The visit was very successful, and we look forward to continuing cooperation and the next steps in our transformation.
