Research Interests:
- Synthesis and functionalization of macroporous copolymers and polymer composites.
- Application of macroporous copolymers for removal of different contaminants (heavy and precious metals, textile dyes and radionuclides) from aqueous solutions.
- Enzyme immobilization on macroporous supports (in cooperation with Zernike Institute for Advanced Materials, Polymer Chemistry Department, University of Groningen, The Netherlands).
- Polymer characterization in gas/solid systems by inverse gas chromatography.
- Polymer membranes preparation and application.
