Research Interests:

Fundanmental and development research chemical engineering process and systems:

  • transport phenomena of momentum, heat and mass in multiphase fluid-particle systems with/without chemical reactions (fluidized, spouted, spout-fluidized, modified spouted and spout-fluidized beds, transport systems),
  • analogy between transport phenomena of momentum, heat and mass transfer in multiphase fluid-particle systems,
  • gas, liquid and solid particles interaction in a fluidized, spouted, spout-fluidized beds and transport systems (vertical twophase fluid-particles flow), as well as drying, adsorption-desorption in these systems,
  • mathematical modelling for predicting fluidodynamics characteristic multiphase systems, as well as heat and mass transfer necessary to solution engineering problems
    Design and scale-up of multiphase systems/contactors.
