In the period from 10-14.06.2024. Dr. Vladan Ćosović, head of the International Cooperation and Project Office of ICTM, participated in the International Staff Training Week organized by the International Center Clausthal, Clausthal University of Technology, Clausthal-Zellerfeld, Germany.

This mobility, realized through the Erasmus+ program, included training on the SMART (Sustainable, Mobile, Aware & Resilient) approach to the business of universities and scientific institutions, as well as on mobility and international cooperation. During this event, Dr. Ćosović established significant contacts with colleagues from the international cooperation offices of 10 universities from 7 countries (Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Turkey, Taiwan, and Brazil).

Particularly significant were the bilateral talks with Dr.-Ing. Heike Schröder, Head of Research Service, Clausthal University of Technology, and Astrid Abel, Director of International Center Clausthal (IZC, Clausthal University of Technology), about the organization and operation of their services. The possibilities for establishing cooperation were discussed, and mutual interest was shown.
