Laboratory for atomic force microscopy and optical spectroscopy

Laboratory is located in room 602b and is dedicated to precision characterization of materials, structures and systems.

It is equipped with two atomic force microscope (AFM) units, an UV-vis spectrometer, FTIR infrared spectrophotometer and infrared microscope/spectrophotometer.
