Department of Microelectronic Technologies

We are the Center of Microelectronic Technologies, a division of the Institute of Chemistry, Technology and Metallurgy at the University of Belgrade.

We are the leading organization in the field of microsystem and nanosystem technologies in Serbia and the Western Balkans and accredited as a center of excellence for that field.

We are specialized in sensors and photodetectors, various types of microelectromechanical (MEMS) structures for sensing applications. We perform research and development and offer small series production.
